Currently a culinary student, I travel frequently and have many years of experience in the hospitality industry both as guest and host. My knowledge lies largely in hotel/resort/restaurant marketing and advertising. My portfolio includes catering and party planning, creating in-room guest materials for a premier Lake Superior resorts, training manuals, advertisements in travel journals, articles and ads in newspapers, corporate publication pieces, trade shows, and professional correspondence of every type. I enjoy travel, hospitality and food writing. I have an online cooking blog and write for a marketing and branding company in Minneapolis, MN. In my leisure, I enjoy writing music, poetry, and reading. I provide freelance catering services and enjoy creating new foods and recipes.
